THERAPY SERVICES

Initial Session: $180

Follow-up 60 Minute Session: $150

Follow-up 45 Minute Session: $140

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP CONSULTATION

Two hour supervision group (dependently licensed social workers): $100 (not currently offering)

Individual supervision/hour (dependently licensed social workers): $60

Cost of Services with Isabel Chapman, MSW Graduate Student

Isabel offers a sliding fee scale and does not accept insurance. Please contact Milena Elise Counseling & Consultation to discuss sliding scale fees and options.

Insurances Accepted

You are liable for the cost of any services that your insurance provider does not cover. Contact your insurance provider prior to your first visit to learn about your coverage. Most insurance plans accepted, including but not limited to:

*Note: Anything that your insurance provider does not cover is ultimately your responsibility. Always call your insurance prior to your first session to confirm I am in network with your plan. If you plan on using video sessions, also confirm your plan covers that service. Feel free to call me and ask for additional details regarding your specific insurance provider.

Payment Methods

Payment is accepted at the beginning of your session in the form of credit/debit/HSA, check, or cash. HIPAA secure Therapy Notes Portal is used to collect credit/debit payments. You can choose between manually paying your balance each session, or completing a payment authorization form (which Milena will provide) that securely stores and uses your payment information for balances.
