This page serves as a resource for those wanting to expand their knowledge and awareness of their own implicit biases, to deepen their understanding of the black lives matter movement, and to engage in anti-racist praxis.

Milena is continually learning from her clients and seeks out learning opportunities to engage in anti-racist work. She engages in action, self reflection, and continued education, with the goal of creating a sense of inclusion for clients and accountability for herself and the community. She aligns her practice values with the Social Work Code of Ethics that affirms to promote social justice and social change.
